  2. The main difference between envy and jealousy is that envy is an emotion related to coveting what someone else has, while jealousy is the emotion related to fear of being replaced.

It is important to note that sometimes jealousy and envy are closely related, as for example when you have feelings of inferiority because he is envious rival and fears being replaced by this.

I think we are all jealous by nature, because we do not want to lose that which we appreciate, but the extremes are dangerous and could say that by not controlling jealousy can easily get to be possessive.

Moreover I think everyone should learn to be grateful for what we are and what we have, leaving aside the habit of comparing ourselves to others and walk of life remaining outside the underside of worrying about our

Jealousy vs Envy! Are they different?

The video was very interesting because many people tend to confuse the terms jealousy and envy, but they are not the same.
the difference lies between the possession and the desire to possess. So while envy is an object to be achieved, jealousy involve a fervent desire to keep what you already have.
These feelings are so common that they become one of the main causes of the separation of couples, broken friendships, family and work problems, and even a powerful trigger of stress, it is important to acknowledge these feelings because you can change these symptoms to stressful and pollutants to our emotional and mental health.

  10. very good comments.
Jealousy and envy are psychologically very different. Usually envy involves two people. The envious person wants something that belongs to someone else, and do not want that someone else has it. The object of envy may be the partner of the other person, a good relationship, a desirable trait as beauty or intelligence, a possession, success or popularity. Jealousy, however, usually involve three people. The person affected by jealousy is responding to what it perceives as a threat to a third party represents a relationship that she considers valuable. This applies even if the third exists only in the imagination of the jealous person.

  12. Envy and jealousy are terms we use often without knowing its true meaning. The lesson is very clear, envy is "unnatural", destroys happiness and makes those who possess negative and hateful people. Jealousy is more common, is the fear of exclusion is a natural reaction, because many times it is easy compared to others and feel unsure of what we have, do or are capable of doing.
Now that I've learned this lesson I wonder, how many times to speak have not misused these words?

  15. The video jealousy vs envy I found interesting, because the author's experience, clarifies the difference between these two.
Envy is a feeling of resentment, because it will have some others as goods, properties or objects that you can not get to own; and jealousy is a feeling of insecurity, it feels to think that that person you love can change you from time to time by someone better than you. This feeling and sensation, leading some people to have a mindset of superiority at all time exalt bone, discriminating and humiliating all around you.

  17. I think that the video can contribute very much to our lives, there are many differences in the persons, already be for the money, the beauty or up to the luck; The are many motives for which they could envy us or let's be able envy, some of them us do not bring anything good, to say the faults of another person it is not good, we do not know what consequences us this can bring, but we do not think beyond us, also we must think what other persons feel, cannot manage to ruin the life to alone anybody because we want, we all have feelings and only we know how it affects us. The jealousies are a feeling that us arises when we have suspicions that someone is going to take from us what we consider to be ours for fear that they should replace us.

The jealousy is an emotive state that a person have and it is characterized by the fear of losing a person or thing and they cause desperation, doubt, pain, etc.
The envy is another state that we possess and happens very seguidamente as when we want what has other or what we have turns out to be small. Briefly is when we do not allow anyone to have or be best than one.

Jealousy and envy are prevailing problems in many of our relationships as between family members, colleagues or lovers. Although both are common human emotions that we all experience, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish the differences between the two. Knowing whether envy or jealousy will help combat the problem.
The main difference between envy and jealousy is that envy occurs when you covet something that someone else has or is seeking, while jealousy manifest when you fear losing someone or something you already have in your life. 31. Recognize that you can "feel" jealousy, talks about the involvement of the subject in what happens, says a level of health, even harder to recognize that feels envious. And both jealousy and envy are aspects of social issues on one side and the other psychic. Possible to be analyzed.
The jealous is more social than the envious as the jealous, feels excluded from a scene that would like to participate. The jealous, like what someone else is looking, like a desire for another; while the envious, not like what the other got, but just want to break it. The envious do not want the neighbor's car, only to scratch
